We produced a DVD for the company to give to customers who have purchased a caravan. The DVD details all of the key handover and maintenance procedures and information. Not only does this give the customer added value and something that is more interesting than a manual to help them to successfully operate and run their new caravan, but it reduces the amount of problems that customers typically experience and so lessens the number of calls made by new customers to the companies maintenance team, thereby saving them time and money.
