This was produced on behalf of Vanguarde, a client for The Tickle Group, who were creating new buildings in York and promoting their location as suitable space for government department relocations which were taking place at the time. The DVD formed part of a presentation and pack that the company used to promote their offering for departments to relocate to York. This introductory programme gives an overview for York as a place to live, work and enjoy life.
