One of numerous training CDROMs and video clips used by pharmacy staff and health care advisors, ensuring that they are able to deliver the best possible service to their customers, advising them with the appropriate products fit for their needs. This particular CDROM was created as a result of the government Medicines Use Review initiative, which is helping to reduce time and pressure on doctors surgeries and utilise the valuable resource of pharmacists. Role play scenes were used to demonstrate key information for pharmacists and health care advisors to help them to best advise their customers on the use of their medicines.
