David Lewis is a charitable organisation in South Manchester, providing residential accommodation for severally epileptic and disabled people from across the UK. They wanted a DVD to assist in the recruitment of high quality staff to work at their centre. The DVD we produced provided an insight into the centre, what it is like to work there and the rewards and job satisfaction that staff experience. It was upbeat, motivational and was designed to provide inspiration for people wanting to work in the care field.
