CONFERENCES AND EVENTS

Coverage:
We can film an event or conference, using single or multi-cameras and make this available in it's entirety or as a highlights programme. Capturing an event and key note speakers on video can enable non-attendees to view footage online and can also be a useful tool for future reference or training purposes. This footage can also prove to be valuable for future promotion and marketing for the organisation or for similar events.

We can make the footage available online, immediately following the event, edit a short highlights piece or alternatively create a sectioned, interactive DVD, including speakers slides and information, resulting in a valuable end media product.

Capture 1 use broadcast standard equipment and we believe the key to capturing an event successfully is to be inobtrusive. Our people are experienced in live event filming and are able to capture all the key elements discreetly and at the highest quality.

Event content:
A key note speech, presentation or conference programme is often enhanced by video, presenting stories and content to support the live deliveries. The kind of content that we produce ranges from vox pops type programmes, which back up research being discussed or case studies showing initiatives in action and peoples stories that bring to life points being raised at the conference.

TESTIMONIALS

"Capture 1 are a fantastic team. They have done several pieces of work for British Red Cross, including a piece to interview some beneficiaries of our work. This clearly can be a very sensitive topic which was handled with care, and in a professional manner. The outcome was something to be truly proud of, and shown at our National Forum for volunteers."
Kate Thomas, British Red Cross
